With over three decades of experience in language learning, mobility, and vocational training projects, Dieter, Amanda, and Inti bring the perfect qualifications to make your endeavor a complete success:

Around 33 years ago, Dieter and Amanda founded ISLA, the renowned Instituto Salmantino de Lenguas Aplicadas, a successful language school in Salamanca, which operated until 2022 when it had to close due to the pandemic. In 1990, shortly after the fall of the Iron Curtain, Inti founded the Young People for International Cooperation Association (YOPIC), a non-profit organization based in Berlin that prepared young people for development aid work. It was during this time that Dieter, Amanda, and Inti met.

Over the years, the areas of work for YOPIC and ISLA expanded steadily. However, the core idea has always remained the same: to promote and activate the potential of young people across all borders.

“Movere On!” marks the beginning of a new joint initiative. Amanda, Dieter, and Inti are responsible for the daily operations and logistics, ensuring that you feel comfortable in Salamanca, both in your classes and during your internship or volunteer work, while making great progress. Our entire team is always available to offer you advice and support. Additionally, five Spanish teachers and numerous supervisors and tour guides work for “Movere On!” to ensure a successful experience.
